「When I entered the hotel, nobody helped my suitcases. I was so surprised. I had to bring my suitcases to up to my room by myself. With stars-hotels, I’ve never had kind of things. 」

The immediate area is quaint with high quality shopping and dining. Staff was incredible especially Malin the reservation manager/concierge as well as the restauarant staff
