"Great location for our first trip to NYC, centrally located and handy for Hudson Yards, High Line and Madison Square Garden. Easily walkable to Times Sq and Empire State and other midtown attractions. Took us about 30 mins to walk to Central Park. The hotel has a very retro feel and look which we loved. We found the standard room a little smaller than expected but it was fine as we were out all day. Just don’t expect the modern style hotel. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially Hector the concierge who was very helpful sorting our taxi back to airport. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to New York."

"Clean, the AC worked well — generally fine for a short stay, but the room was pretty underwhelming. All the lights flickers, I was given a room by the elevators so fairly loud, low water pressure, dirty windows so it was hard to enjoy the view (although, there barely was one) "
