"front desk staff was amazing. The elder lady that worked at the front desk in the evening we checked it offered us recommendation for dinner as we were looking to try a fish dinner in Boston. Her enthusiastic recommendation was a great first impression for the hotel and everything flowed well from there."

"Room was clean, but bed was very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. Breakfast was supposed to be open at six and the person getting it ready was late so that things did not get out for 6 o’clock. We had to get the shuttle so we had to hurry and eat breakfast. We ordered to go bags and they gave them to someone else so we didn’t have any. The guy at the desk tried to put some things together for us, but it was just a waffle and nothing else."

"It was such a great stay. The hotel is really cute and well put. To think this was a local shoe factory in the past. Love it. The rooms are well kept and comfy. The bathroom is the perfect size. Loved our stay "

"The hotel was great, easy in and out of Boston, good breakfast. Parking - there is very limited parking. If you don’t find parking at the hotel you have to park at a local garage and they will validate your ticket. We stayed 4 nights and had to park in the garage 2 of the nights coming back to the hotel around 6:30-7. "

The property was exactly what we expected (the photos were very accurate), and had everything we needed - including a full kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even had extra toothbrushes in the bathrooms! Before our stay, the host started a line of communication by sending a text so we could ask questions at any time. We had a few questions before and during our stay and the host was incredibly responsive. We would gladly stay again! "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"
