「従業員の反応が遅く、一流ホテルを標榜する割には教育が全くなっていない。 空港送迎以外はすべて有料であり、パナジやオールドゴアへはかなりの距離があることもあり（20から28キロ）、交通費が馬鹿にならない。レストランも驚くほど単価が高く、東京のレストランとほぼ同じかそれ以上の水準である。 部屋はきちんと清掃されていはいるが、全体的に古く、ソファのアームは石であり、部屋が薄暗かったことからソファに横たわった際に思いっきり後頭部を石造りのアームにぶつけてしまい、数日間腫れが引かなかった。石を素材にした家具は清掃は容易であろうが、顧客の安全や快適さを全く考えていない。 このホテルに宿泊する位ならば、近隣の中級ホテルか、隣のTaj グループ系列のホテルへ宿泊することを勧める。」

「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. 「We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
