「Nice place... very comfortable... close to main avenues and the center.」

「部屋は2人部屋でサイズはちょうど良いくらい。大きな鏡があったのは個人的に凄くありがたかった。ドライヤーが何個もあったり、Wi-fiの速度が早くて助かった。確かにルールは少々細かいが、そこまで厳しいものではないかなと感じた。朝になると部屋に暖房が入り、朝にシャワーを浴びると暑いかなと感じる程度。特に気になる点は私の視点からはなかった。」

「ハリウッド・ダウンタウンエリア観光の為に友人と2泊しました。 とにかく空間がモダンでオシャレな雰囲気！ 現地に住んでいる感覚で滞在でき大変満足です。 滞在2日前くらいにメールで送られてくる4ケタのpass codeで外扉&部屋のロック解除をして出入りするスタイルです。フロントはありません。 移動は全てUberだったので、NBA観戦後の23:00頃の到着でも安全に過ごせました。 管理人の方ともスピーディーにやり取りでき、当日のアーリーチェックイン対応も快く引き受けて頂きとても助かりました。 今回は1階フロアの滞在でしたが、3階フロアの2部屋は日当たりも眺めも良さそう(三角形の壁のお部屋？)なので、また機会があれば是非滞在したいと思います！」

「The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!」

But TJ, the host, took it to the next level - he was incredibly generous and personable - if we could, we’d give him a 10 star review. We are already planning a second visit. 」

「Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.」

「My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!」

「Excellent customer service」

「We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. The next morning, in the daylight I further cofimed the misrepresentation, when the power went out while using a hair dryer. I spoke with the owner about the...

「This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. 」

「This was my first Vrbo experience. We had all the amenities, for way less cost than a hotel. Amazing location, easy to get to. Great host! Was understanding and kind when my cluesless self had anxiety about just walking onto a stranger's property for check-in. I highly recommend this property!」

「This two bedroom suite was perfect! Clean, filled with art, plants, rugs which made it a pleasant place to stay. David has equipped his VRBO with so many of the items you need to make yourself a meal - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. In addition, plenty of towels, blankets, kleenex and various sundries - shampoo, moisture, etc. It is in a nice neighborhood and with a 15 minute walk or so, down a hill...

「The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay」
