「Had a one night stop over stay here, the accommodation was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Spent the evening in the pub, which is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We didn't have a meal but did order a cheesecake which was absolutely delicious. All the staff were friendly, warm and inviting and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was included and very delicious. Thank you 」

Quiza deberian revisar un poco el menaje, pero es cierto que dejan todo lo necesario para limpiar. El trato es via mobil o e.mail, pero eficiente. A mas dejan detalles para la llegada y se agradece mucho. Repetiriamos sin problemas. 」

「シュルーズベリーの中心地から１５分位の、かなり不便は場所にありますが、レンタカーで行くなら、絶対オススメです。雰囲気のある歴史ある館と庭。レストランでゆっくり夕食、朝食を頂くと、心が休まります。スタッフの気遣いもよく、快適に過ごせました。もちろん昔の建物なので、床がすこし傾いていたり、冷蔵庫、金庫などはありませんが、雰囲気のあるインテリアとサービスで満足度が高くなります。」

「Very comfortable bed, pillows and nice bed linen. Room was small but very clean. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the girl I dealt with when I arrived, but she was lovely and so friendly. I would recommend Morgans and I would stay again」

「Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit.」

「We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.」

「Recently stayed two nights at this hotel, booked through Expedia. Hotel was like a ghost town on arrival, a simple checking took us nearly twenty five minutes to complete. Major confusion on if we had already paid through Expedia or required to pay hotel direct. Eventually I got my emails from Expedia up on my phone to clarify the issue. Our room was very basic but was cleaned to a high standard. Stains on carpets and plates of food outside in the corridors made for an unpleasant first...
