We had a great stay. We checked in on wed night and had to walk through some really loud music (a bit concerned at this point) but our room was pleasantly sound proofed from the noise. The first night I found the bed springy and hard to sleep in but I emailed management and Cameron quickly put a bed topper on for us and I slept like a baby the next night. Great breakfast (included) and dinner was also really good and very reasonably priced. Great value for money in a very convenient location and a wonderful experience!

My favourite place to stay in Shrewsbury. It's a gorgeous historic building in a convenient location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a very comfy bed and the vegan breakfast was simple but filling

Rooms comfortable and really clean breakfast was good disappointed with bar as wanted a meal at 8pm was told they stopped doing food when on information it said 9pm. Enjoyed our stay apart from the food situation

Bar staff friendly, plenty of choices. The room was clean but the only problem was the pillows, not at all comfortable, the bed was slightly hard but acceptable. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly.

Very big room and bathroom the only thing wrong was bed was too soft for us, but everything else no complaints from me very friendly polite staff, good breakfast, good location, clean and spacious nice atmosphere in the pub. Definitely will be returning, and you can come and go toll whatever time you want.

Very happy with our stay. Lovely room. Fantastic quality meals in the pub and good breakfast served with a friendly service. Great evening atmosphere with entertainment. Will definitely return again.
