"The primary reason to stay here is the location: easy walkability, especially to the convention center, Pike Place, food, movie theaters, and the light rail stations. We stayed for 7 nights, and unfortunately, the TV streaming service only worked for 2 of those nights, even after tech support was called and troubleshooting was done in the room for close to an hour; at least 1 elevator was out of service every day as well."

"This hotel was a great stay for the value. We visited Seattle to enjoy the waterfront and watch a Mariners game and this hotel was PERFECT location for both. We could easily walk or electric scooter to everything. The parking fee was also a great price for the location. "

"I got a room with king size bed. Room was spacious and clean! Be prepared to walk up hill to get to this hotel if you are in foot! Overall, great stay! Would definitely stay here again"

"Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days for the refund? "

"Front desk had great customer service. Let us drop off our bags while we went out and explored. Gave us great advice on getting to the needle and the market. Answered any questions we had. Will return"
