「The hotel is located right on the Des Moines Harbor. Easy access to the airport and Route 5. The building may be a little old, but it is clean and comfortable. A stress-free stay is here.」

「Some rooms have a cigarette smell, but other than that it's fine」

「This is an old motel with small rooms, but it has been updated, and it's spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, even though the small rooms didn't resemble the roomy suites in more modern hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very simple, but adequate with yogurt, toast, coffee and tea, cereal and Jimmy Dean's breakfast coissants. Our towels were changed daily and trash was emptied. Bed was comfy.」
