Riverside Townhouse, Only 20 Minutes from Brighton and Worthing

Lovely large room with two double beds, sofa bed and chair, Flat screen TV with sky TV, high speed wifi, tea and coffee making in the room. The main shower/bathroom is upstairs and shared. It’s a 4 minutes walk from the train station and close to the coastal bus route into Brighton and Worthing. 10 minutes walk from Shoreham airport. My place is close to restaurants, pubs and cafes, the beach, family-friendly activities, and the twice monthly, very popular farmers' market. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers The space We have a large townhouse situated right on the River. 4 minutes walk from the train station. Easy access to Brighton and London. Frequent Bus services going to either Brighton and Worthing. A Great base if you love walking/cycling the South Downs. But we are a very welcoming family with a dog and hope to make your stay feel comfortable.

We are 4 minutes walk from the train station and close to the coastal bus route into Brighton and Worthing. 5 minutes walk from Shoreham airport. My place is close to restaurants, pubs and cafes, the beach, family-friendly activities, and the twice monthly, very popular farmers' market. Easy access to Brighton and London. Frequent Bus services going to either Brighton and Worthing. A Great base if you love walking/cycling through South Downs Way and also Situated right on the River Adur and % minutes to the beach.

Great little find

Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay.

I'm only giving it 3 stars because the accommodation was not how I understood it to be. The accommodation is clean and modern and the host very welcoming.Due to the wording in the description, I thought I was staying in an apartment within a townhouse that consisted of the bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one of which was not en-suite so was shared among us), kitchen, balcony and parking.The description of the host being a welcoming family with a dog, I thought was the simply part of the hosts profile. This property is actually a room and en-suite on the ground level of the family's home, with the bathroom upstairs to be shared by others in the home. My husband is allergic to dogs and I am scared, so the dog (even though it was upstairs and we never saw it) was a problem for us. Also parking was to be paid for, it was cheap enough, but not free.If the above suits you then I would recommend.
