"The room was oddly shaped like a L and the toilet was one step too elevated to be safe. Nighttime toilet visits could get dangerous if you misstep in your sleepiness. The room opens up into a narrow corridor with the bed right at the end in a bigger space. Other than that, the location is splendid and shopping/food is readily available nearby, in fact BIC is just below the hotel. Good for a night's stay. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak English well. Pls continue with your excellent service. PS: To enter the hotel, turn right at the junction when you cross over from the train station and go round the building until you arrive at the hotel lobby. "

"Great new hotel. Rooms are big and well equipped. We stayed in a superior bunk room as a couple and there were two king sized beds and two bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook or reheat food and a washing machine was provided. The balcony was big and the views over the water were stunning. There was also a big comfy sofa in the room. Reasonable but slightly limited breakfast that was the same every day. Free unlimited drinks were available every day from 3pm and all night that included gin, wine, vodka etc that we drank on our balcony. This was a great unexpected extra! Overall a really lovely hotel. "

"Most staff was friendly. However, there was no AC only heat. Thus our room was very hot. There was some mold in the corner of the bath tub. The location is decent."

"We had three beds and our room was big. Staff was nice. Hotel is clean. Hamburger place was delicious. Only small thing that i was initially concerned about, but ended up with zero impact other than a few laughs, were the men's girly bars across the street."

"The room was spacious but the carpet seemed a bit dirty. There was an iron shaped burned on it (which I found kinda funny) The heater/air conditioning was not available for guests which was not too bad since it’s not too hot yet but I woke up at night because I was sweating and the only solution was to open the window. Unfortunately, it was very loud outside. My main complaint is that the one pillow provided was incredibly hard and I couldn’t sleep properly. :( but still great location and an okay hotel overall. "
