the stag is very helpful. It is a clean, quiet, comfortable room with basics toiletry needs. There are no other services except for the onsite restaurant. This is fine however I was not use to looking for this detail. The location is perfect for access to public transport. Overall enjoyed my stay with them.

Great hotel with spacious room. The room was spotless and everything inside was new and in great condition. The bathroom doesn't have racks to hang towels and that's the only downside. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

It has a great location which have a bic camera at the first floor of the hotel. Also it is connected with Okayama Station via a underpass. It's great that I can prevent to go out from frozen environment. Also room is larger than staff are helpful as well :)

Overally great overall hotel experience. Great receptionist was able to change our smoking allowed room to non-smoking one, which we booked as a mistake. Walls seemed quite thin and it was a bit noisy during the night. Breakfast was included as a free, so in that sense it was okay. Otherwise would recommend!

An older but well-kept building that is showing some wear. But our room was comfortable, and the staff was super kind and so helpful even with a little bit of a language barrier. Our triple room was a good size and overlooked the train station. We enjoyed sitting in the big window and watching the trains go by. There is a big step going into and out of the bathroom which took a little getting used to. We didn’t try breakfast, because there were many options close by.
