"The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "

"We stayed at one of the 2 cabins. It was clean and comfortable. No bugs from the forest because the insect nettings are very good. U will need to use the shared toilet which is about 30m away. The shared kitchen is excellent. It's large and clean. here are 4 stoves and utensils. I guess u will need to cook something for meals since there's nothing around."

The parking attendant was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. Great service and nice stay overall. Love the ramen always, yogurt drinks and ice cream. "after my wife did a thorough research and reading every reviews, we made a decision to stay at this resort hotel. We were very pleased with out decision. Everything exceeded expectation plus the therapeutic benefit of curing chronic back pain was gone after staying here. The bed was very comfortable and onsen water is of top quality and 2 different variety. We had a great stay and service was great. Half board dinner and breakfast were great."
