"The location is great, very close to downtown and within walking distance of Seigo Mart, a popular convenience store in Hokkaido. The staff are so kind and helpful. Of course, the Happy hour - free local wine was flawless. The room was chilly and you can't adjust the temperature, which was a little disappointing, but the room wear is so comfy and makes you warm and feel better."
