Staff are lovely, and they provide a very good room clean everyday - they even make sure to dust off and clean the remotes (whereas some hotels skip this)! There’s a nice lounge area to relax when tired also, and have a few snacks. "

"Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable."

"Hotel was great. Very convenient to train station and multiple levels of shopping.. Restaurant at night was not worth it, we had better on the street although the wagyu was great. Crepe shop a block away is also worth a stop."
