This hotel had a cozy, Airbnb-like vibe that my family and I absolutely adored! Every aspect of the room was thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The room was equipped with clear instructions, all of which were translated into English. This thoughtful gesture was particularly appreciated by foreigners like myself. The overall atmosphere of the room was safe and peaceful. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

We had a wonderful stay at ESLEAD as a family of four! The location was fantastic—very convenient, with plenty of local shops and easy access to the metro. Getting around Osaka was incredibly easy, and most of our destinations were only a short 3–4 block walk from the nearest station. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. As long as you complete the pre-registration before arrival, you’ll receive all the necessary check-in information in advance, making the entire process quick and efficient. Overall, ESLEAD was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

Great hotel! They have a place to leave your luggage safely in case you arrive before your check in time, which was greatly appreciated. Getting in touch with someone was easy too, they don’t have staff on site but getting in touch with one was super quick and easy. There was construction going on in the area but they provided ear plugs and apologized for it. The room was clean and a 10/10. Very convenient place, easy walk to Dotonbori street and all the shopping areas and stations.

무인체크인이라 이메일을 잘 확인해야해요 숙소 넓고 청결해수 좋았어요 날씨만 좋으면 걸어다닐만한 거리고 세탁기 사용도 좋았어요 물은 두개 있고 그다음부터는 수건만 요청할수있는게 아쉬웠어요
