"We booked the one bedroom for our family. This room has in suite laundry and a kitchenette. Crockery and utensils were clean. Hotel provides a sachet of detergent daily but I’m sure they’ll be happy to give u more if u need. Very spacious by Japanese standards and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 min walk to dontobori and Namba station Namba station is 15mins (7 stops) from shin osaka station should you need the Shinkansen. Yamato express does pick up from this hotel. "

"Great hotel in a perfect location. In between two subway stations, so easy to get to. Was like staying on Fifth Avenue in New York, so close to the main shopping district. Staff were wonderful and the view from my room was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!"
