The views from the top floors are amazing and worth spending the extra money. Hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train that takes you directly to the Osaka airport. "Check in process could be better, when you walk inside there isn’t a live agent. You have to figure it out. They do provide you with a check in code but then you have to figure out the rest. Rooms are spacious & clean. location is close to the train station but that’s it no restaurants, not much to do around there. If you do need a restaurant you can use the one from the hotel. Hotel food was tasty, I recommended it. "
