It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

Always answered my texts and were pleasant to deal with Location: Close to the Osaka downtown if you want to go explore some famous sites. Also close (10min train) to the Expo. Property: Outside does not look like much but once you get in you can see that it is beautifully designed, spacious and extremely clean. I stayed for 4 days but would have been fine to stay for 4...
