Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay. Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent

The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!
