The complementary breakfast was great. Room was a little small but nice to have one at the end of the hallway for privacy. Having a laundry amenities was also nice to have and definitely was used.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

Good size room in a nice area of town. Main metro lines less than 10min walks.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. It's very modern, easy to find, close to the metro and convenience stores/restaurants. The room is small, but fine for one person who isn't spending much time in the hotel anyways. Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. Our stay in Hotel Nikko is superb. The location has easy access to subway, airport limo pick-up, department stores, shops and restaurants.

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.
