"Though location is great and hotel room is spacious, i booked the room with sky tree view and that’s the only best part of my room. The bed linen is very basic, pillows are not comfy. Very small Japanese bean style. I couldn’t sleep well with 1 or 2 top up pillows!! And there is no proper blanket. They just use the bed cover with bed sheet inside to cover the cover. It doesn’t feel clean since it has been cover ages of the bed!!! It is mentioned to be cleaned room everyday but we came back around 2 or 3 PM to rest, the room was not cleaned yet!!! House keeping not doing job efficiently. The front receptions were not that friendly either. Very robot faces and manners unlike Japanese as usual. They yes treated VIP section and regular customers differently. Basic amenities like ice machine/ microwave are not available here since there are many restaurants inside hotel. I guess that’s the reason why. Overall price is not value when looking at the bedding quality. "

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby stuff is very responsive and helpful. Also helped with luggage transfer for my next hotel. "

"Internet was adequate, we did not have a vehicle. Room was clean, not much room for items in the bathroom. I know rooms are small, but really not enough room to put items on a shelf."

"The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating."

"The room was pretty outdated but it did everything i needed for rest and to refresh myself. The bathroom is on the small side and made for more petite people. The water pressure was great though! Bed was firm enough and only comes with one pillow, but you can request to make sure they have stock. The hotels steps from the konbini and a few mins from the mall and metro. They have laundry amenities as well for a cheap price if you decide to use it and the room has a kettle, microwave and mini fridge."

"Amazing location and so clean"

"This is our second time at this hotel because of the wonderful experience we had last year. Hotel is right beside the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. From Narita airport you can take the Keisei Sky Access (not Skyliner) directly to this hotel. Nearby restaurant - Kura, and hotel is right beside Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Solamachi shopping centre which includes Kirby Cafe, Uniqlo, Loft, Plaza, and Ontisuka Tiger. Right beside Life supermarket, which is an excellent advantage! In terms of service and amenities - staff were very helpful with room upgrade, and extremely friendly. Amenities are top notch for personal hygiene, and kids pajamas and slippers can be easily requested. There are also self-service kiosks which can be used to exchange your Japanese bills to coins. Laundry services are self serve and easy to use either with coins or paying with a physical IC card. Vending machine rooms also have the ice machines and microwave available. The room was clean, spacious for our family. I think this would accommodate well for a family with two young kids. If you have older kids, you may need to review the room options more closely before booking. The staff service was one of the main reasons we came back here, and when we come to Tokyo again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again!! "
