It was just too late when I checked in, so I didn't ask for a room change or extra cleaning. I just wasted a lot of perfume to improve it.Please pay attention. Also I remembered when I made the resv. there should be breakfast buffet included, but anyhow, I did not have. "

"We started with a double bunk bed, which we decided was not good for us, so we requested full double bed. The staff said we'd need to move twice, but found us options. Staff kept working on it; found a room where we only moved once. Very happy with that."

"The room is very clean. All staff are friendly! No questions about that. We loved our stay. The breakfast is so good. The entrance hallway in our room though is a little tight (queen bedroom) someone really need to hold the door for you if you have luggages but overall we recommend it specially its near Tokyo Sky Tree.
