"Hotel is the size of a boutique hotel but staff, especially cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. Bathroom is a little dated but were clean. The lobby is on 3rd floor so you have to take an elevator from the small 1st floor elevator entrance across the Lion Beer Hall building. There is only one restaurant (Sakura). Their breakfast buffet is Japanese breakfast buffet style. There is laundry facilities (requires payment, separate cashless payment for washer and dryer. You can leave your luggage in a secure self-service locker room area in same secure laundry machine area. The hotel lobby provides free drinks for guests and has a small waiting area. Also, don't forget to use the luggage scale in front of waiting area after you pack before you leave for airport to avoid overweight penalty checkin baggage fees."

"Nice hotel, in a great location. Short walk to public transportation, high end shopping and restaurants. All of the staff live up to high standards for hospitality. Julia, at the front desk was especially helpful. She assisted us with extending our stay an additional night. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good with a lot of options to choose from. The amenities provided in the room were abundant and put to good use. Our room had 2 sets of PJ’s, robes and slippers included in the amenities as well as a mini fridge with complementary beverages. We have 2 critiques; the room is very small and the carpet in the room had a large stain in front of the sofa. With 2 people and 2 suitcases in the room, maneuvering around was a challenge. One side of the bed had about 4-6 inches between it and the wall. Despite these noted concerns we would definitely stay here again."

"great amenities offered in the onsen, such as the popular refa hair dryer and shower head. they offered free gift set for women as well with check in as well as a free drink coupon. very close to the subway station, just note that the location is a bit further out of the hot spot areas in tokyo such as shibuya, shinjuku etc and there arent much restuarant options in the hotel area. recommended to eat dinner while out rather than coming back to the hotel area to find a spot."

"The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Close to shops and restaurants and minutes walk to the subway. The front desk staff speak English which is a plus. The skytree is also within a 20 minute walking distance. Con. The hotel lists a shuttle service but this is a third party service which you have to pay 1200yen per person one way."
