"This hotel is in a very convenient location. I was worried initially that I didn't book in Shibuya or Shinjuku, but I was so happy to find out that the hotel is 4 min walk from Sobu and Honzumon line. It's also right next to a lot of great restraunts, a laundromat (5 min walk), a beautiful park with a mini shrine, as well as lots of shopping options. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and provided water. The hotel bed is VERY comfortable. The room has a water kettle and a mini fridge. The city view from the 20th floor was amazing, stretching all the way to Yokokama Eye lit up at night. The breakfast buffet had an omelette station and lots of good protein options ( bacon , sausage, mackerel, sardines). I would definitely recommend this hotel to a first time Traveller."

"Our favorite hotel during our two week Japan trip! The hotel and surrounding area were extremely clean. Easy access to all of Tokyo because it was right across from Skytree station. Subways, busses (even straight to Disney), and taxis are all available within a minute’s walk of the hotel. Staff was so helpful and helped us find a good Coco Ichibanya location just a short, beautiful walk from the hotel. A wonderful hotel all around! We will be staying here next time!"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When my wife and I had a leak in our room (due to the typhoon), we notified staff. Their quickness and efficiency really impressed us. When we returned to our room later that day, we found a letter with an apology for the inconvenience and coupons for free breakfast for the rest of our stay! Would absolutely stay. Rooms were always clean, staff was always friendly, breakfast was always delicious."

"The room was pretty spacious for Japan. The biggest perks was the washer and dryer in the room and they had a microwave, toaster, freezer and fridgerator in the space. I’d say it’s family friendly and the room was clean. They don’t necessarily offer cleaning daily but you can request for items at the front desk as needed like towels or more toilet paper, etc. It was nice having convent stores so close by, but I’d prefer it a bit closer to a train station. I mean it wasn’t super far from a train station but with all the walking in Japan, I’d wish I was closer to a station so things like restaurants, department stores were a bit closer. Still a great hotel!"

"Great price, location and amenities. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip in Tokyo this was the lowest price. The room was small, but the price was less than half the other hotels I booked. It was super clean, right in front of Sky Tree and a huge attached shopping center. You can get everything you need at this shopping center. We stayed there for 3 nights and went there everyday and would discover something new. Because of all the shopping you can do I would recommend this hotel be the last part of your trip. You can even buy a suitcase in Big Camera inside the Sky Tree mall. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure amazing, free amenities at reception (toothbrush, face wash, face mask, face lotion, hair brush, body scrub towel). I didn’t need to bring anything. I needed to ship my luggage to my next hotel in Atami and the reception desk kindly helped me fill out the forms."

"The hotel is decent for the price. Just don’t expect a lot of space. The rooms are about the size of a size 13 shoe box, but if you’re only looking for a place to shower, sleep, and store your luggage, it does the job. The location and value make up for the lack of space, but if you’re traveling with more than two suitcases, be prepared to get very close with your belongings. At that point, one suitcase might end up sleeping in the bed with you while the other takes the last remaining floor space. Overall, good value if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring and not hanging out in the room."
