「We had a lovely weekend at the cottage for my birthday! Amanda and Pete were great hosts and were very responsive. They even left us a little birthday treat and card which made the weekend even more special. The house was cute and cozy and nicely appointed. We loved the hot tub and the quick walk over to Bear Chase brewery! We would love to come back and stay again soon!」

Also enjoyed the grill, fire pit and comfortable beds and living area! Loved the proximity to great trails and enjoyed beautiful views and beer at the brewery. Hope to return!」

「Spotless, well-appointed small house with fenced off privacy from the main house. Comfortable bed. Location was great for walking into town but also being quiet at night. A great play to stay to enjoy all of the outdoor things to do in Harper's Ferry as well as the history. Thoughtful hosts provided a lot of information about the area.」

「This property was amazing for our weekend getaway. The property manager was amazing, and on top of us needing a fridge due to ours not getting cold. We had two babies that are both nursed and our breastmilk is as you know liquid gold! It was late on a Friday night and they bought us a mini fridge to help. We are forever grateful and will return.」

「We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and my granddaughters loved playing in the backyard. It is however in a pretty remote area, but Harpers Ferry wasn’t too far. If we come back to this area again we would definitely rent this house again. Communication with our host was wonderful and they were very accommodating.」

「Very clean, very quiet, and super chill. Ate meals on the patio with lovely views over the fields and mountains in good weather, and curled up cozy inside while the weather was wet. Easy access to a lot of places - spent some time in Charles Town, went to a craft fair nearby, headed to Berryville for another craft festival, and spent a day in Harper’s Ferry, all without spending more than 30 mins in the car at a time.」

「loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!」
