"The wifi is terrible. It is in a central location which is great and was useful for working close by. The rooms were clean, but very little in the way of comforts. No tele (which I can understand for travellers and tourists), but not for working professionals. Staff were helpful, however, one member of staff in the morning was screaming, swearing and banging on the desk to another colleague on my last morning, which was definitely not OK. "

"The first room I was given had a window onto a dark shaft - the window did not close properly and was so drafty the curtains billowed out. Needless to say, I asked for another room and the staff were good about getting me a better room. The second room was very good. I did not try the pull out bed but it was fine to use as a couch. Linens and towels were fine. Bathroom was very good, shower worked very well. Kitchenette was rudimentary, microwave, tiny fridge, a kettle. Light over the sink did not work. The room was clean but needs a deep clean (like most hotels). Looking at the baseboards in the bedroom and the caulking in the bathroom revealed the need for a deeper clean. The front lobby is beautiful- soaring ceilings, amazing marble floor and walks, but not a chair in sight. One of the highlights of this hotel is their oak panelled living room, with stations for people to work on a laptop as well as a few tables and comfortable chairs and a couple of conversation areas. This room is set up tightly (close quarters) so you’re unlucky if there is someone holding forth doing a business meeting online or a loud group chatting who seem oblivious of the presence of others. Excellent coffee/espresso machine, teas and hot water are complimentary in this room. Access by key card to the living room. The staff were polite, pleasant and accommodating. I would suggest laundry carts so the cleaning staff do not have to carry armfuls of soiled linens and towels down the halls. "

"Positives: Spotless, hard flooring so good for asthma sufferers. Air con efficient. Window which could open a bit to air the room. En suite for single room. Automated checkin efficient too. Vending machine for essentials. Cafe and bar on site. Chiller for cold drinks in room and a safe. To consider: Only one thin towel (it was enough for me and I expect you could ask for more). My ear plugs were useful as on floor 1 you can hear the street in the evening. It’s a large and busy hotel so the lifts are in demand. No coffee making facilities in room though there are cafes within a few steps of the hotel."

"Best balance regarding the price. The location is amazing, it is inexpensive, the facility is great. Rooms are very basics but surprisely big considering the price. The staff are discreet but above all courteous, welcoming and helpful despite the volume of customers. It's a very lively place while still being calming. I highly recommend 😊."

"Although the room was smaller than what I’m used to and was windowless, it was perfect for just a couple nights rest. Loved the modern look of the room, it had great shower pressure, and was very clean. Also can’t beat the location, it was right by everything in Leicester Square! "
