「Ok」

「It was a very pretty and relaxing setting. It would have been nice if there had been a bathroom in the loft but other than that it was great.」

「Good breakfast! Kerug in the room. Fruit available at check in!」

「We liked the Queen Anne room we stayed in. It was clean and very nice and cosey.」

「Train」

「The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at ‼️」

「The house is very nice and close to the things we wanted to do. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Ava area.」

「It really needs a steam clean and update really smelled stale and the front porch smelled of cat urine. The bed was comfy and the hostess was nice but really seemed outdated but for the money was good」

「This place was amazing. I loved the privacy and the room. The host text us coming in and made everything very easy. I sat in the gazebo in the morning ate my breakfast and had my coffee while watching the squirrels play in the yard. I enjoyed a private hot tub 6 foot from my bed when we came in that night. We will be back in the spring and plan on staying there again. To top it off it was cheaper than any hotel.」

「I enjoyed the cabin and how peaceful it was. Will rent again. Thank you.」

「The cabin was clean and so perfect. It was pet friendly which was nice since we were traveling with dogs. There was a playground on the property and my 5 year old loved it. I loved walking the property with my morning coffee. It was so peaceful and serene. I was greeted by 2 people telling me where my key was and that it was ready. We walked into the heat on and it was so warm and cozy. We all slept so good. We loved the cats and Oreo. We can’t wait to come back again soon! 」

「A hidden gem. Hostess was amazing and went above and beyond necessary to ensure smooth check in」

「The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely...

「The place we was great!!!! We played and played in the creek which is a 5 min walk from house. Our little grandsons loved it!! The host was so accommodating and helpful! I wish we could have stayed a week i stead of 2 nights!! They did not ask us to do any of the clean up after, which is a big plus to me.」

「Ice machine was not working. Shower needs new diverter. Basin sink was very slow draining. 1st day, tub would not drain properly. A/C heat was good.」
