Great location

Close to Dollywood and easy to navigate the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The property has nice amenities and was well managed. Great spot for a family vacation.

We really liked the size of the unit we stayed in. The only thing that bothered my husband and I were the steps and being on the lowest level we could hear the noise above us.

Great location

We only stayed for 3 days it is in a great location to everything.. Pool is just a pool nothing fancy. Everything in the condo was new and clean and the beds where comfortable

In Pigeon Forge for conference at LeConte Center with 2 friends, this 3 bedroom unit was very spacious and perfect for us. Great central location to everything! Very clean!

This was a great place to stay. It was a very nice condo, plenty of space for 9 people. The amenities were also very nice. We were close to Dollywood a nd Pigeon Forge. My family enjoyed everything about our stay.

Family time

We so enjoy staying there. We plan a trip every year at the same time and after 5 years we still haven’t seen everything. We love Dollywood and Stampede so it’s always a must. Accommodations were great, perfect for our family, close to everything. No problems checking in, everyone very courteous.

Pleasant stay

Really enjoyed our stay nice clean place. Living room furniture was nice but not comfortable and needed another seat. A big sectional would be ideal. I will come again and recommend it to others. All the amenities were very nice.

Nice but online communication is not easy for all people One should be able to contact easily by phone and get help It was impossible to get proper phone number and just due to that I will not recommend my senior friends to book with VRBO

Location was misrepresented. Having to drive to pools on dangerous roadway. There was no fireplace .

Inside clean. did not have walkways or restaurant as advertised. People above us sounded like a herd of elephants ,waking us up in the middle of the night.

We chose to stay here because of the proximity to everything. With two small children we wanted to be close to the activities. This was very close to Pigeon Forge, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The pools were good, but the second time we went it didn’t appear to have been cleaned and was pretty gross. The condo itself was perfect for us. Plenty of space to make meals and for the kids to play, and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the on-site playground as well. The only thing we did not enjoy was being hounded upon check-in to attend their seminars and purchase a timeshare. We had just driven 8 hours with two kids and they’re trying to get us to buy another trip as soon as we got there. Overall though, it was good and we would stay again.

Dirty carpeting

The carpets were so dirty that we had to call and ask for them to be shampooed. Our socks and infants clothing, legs and feet was filthy within minutes. It took several days for the carpets to dry so we had to be extra careful not to slip and fall when walking around the condo.

Great for Families!

We rented two units for our family to gather together and could not have been more pleased! The rooms were very spacious and the units had all we needed. The master suite is separate from the other two bedrooms giving adequate privacy. We loved that there was a jetted tub in addition to a large separate shower in the master suite. Washer and Dryer is always an added bonus! We loved the arm bands that unlock your door and were pleased to be able to give them to each of our adult family members. The dining table seats a lot! We were able to celebrate birthdays all together in the living/dining/kitchen space and not feel crowded. Check in on the property was seamless and each person we encountered was so friendly and helpful! Oh… and the popcorn at check-in! Yes, please! We booked thru VRBO with Koala and could not have been more pleased! We will be back!
