It has a 8m² balcony with table and chairs and the beautiful sea view.

Living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air condition unit and cozy sofa for one person.

Bedroom has one comfortable bed, one single bed and wardrobe.

Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, kettle, coffee-maker and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

We provide an outside fireplace in the garden, free to use, shared with guests of our other two units.

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

This is a smoke free apartment. You can smoke on the balcony.

Certain pets are allowed, please contact in advance, surcharge may apply.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

You will also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

Garden and outside fireplace is shared with guests of our other two units.

The surrounding area is characterized by lush Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old vineyards and olive groves suitable for walking and cycling. There are numerous islands and islets nearby, ideal for boat or sailboat excursions.
