"The Oasis Bay Hotel was a nice pick for my family of 4 considering other options of hotels in the area. The price was very affordable for our weekend stay, the pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was quite tasty. Cleanliness of the facilities and the rooms were good but could have been better, I did do a bit of cleaning to our designated room but nothing crazy. Our AC unit in our room wasn’t the greatest either. They did offer another room the night before check out but declined to move since I had already cleaned our room and didn’t feel like transitioning all our things to another room. The bugs outside were a nuisance and kind of gross, it was a lot of them as soon as you open the door. They were harmful but they seem to have invaded the property. Unsure if tying to get rid of them is possible but they should try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to to stay in."

"I arrived very late cause were several accident on the road, I walked in and the front desk guy, he was acting weird and care less , example : asked me for ID and debit card, I told him , I have a services pet , he never said nothing , when he finished wherever was doing in his computer, he never told me my room number , or welcome , he just pointed to the elevators I guess and I asked him , and how is supposed to open the room , he make the key and give us one ,( my son and I) and again saying nothing, hopefully a Manager read it and check in to his employees, HORRIBLE. Jose"

"Needed a quick place close to the airport after my flight was canceled. Place was clean and not to expensive. Have only 2 complaints coffee in room was bad and there was no decaf in the lobby. Accidentally left my fast charger and the process to get it back was very difficult."

"Unfortunately, this stay was not 100% pleasant. From time to time I mentioned that they were having a bug issue. This stay was the worse one with the room having bedbugs. They switched rooms for me because the staff is great but the hotel quality is definitely shrinking. Hope they fix it. It’s a great staff that works hard."
