"If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. "Stayed for 3 nights - room was not serviced/cleaned once, requested clean towels and toilet paper which was not provided. - Fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly when approached although requests for fresh towels were not met. - Upon arrival rooms were clean and tidy and although not the biggest were ideal for what we required."
