Great location in Stade

Great location but room dark and dreary at rear of hotel. The plus was, those at the front of the hotel had to endure the late night party goers.

Good and coizy rooms for single travellors with familiar and friendly atmosphere. People are very quite, so it is easy to find sleep. Restaurants are very close, so there is no fear to leave the hotel in the evening to have a nice evening.

Perfectly adequate for our short stay. The hotel is spread over two old buildings so there was no lift and we had to lug our bags up the steep stairs to our room. Decent breakfast in the main building and very helpful staff. Would use again

Reception was closed at arrival 5pm, needed to call someone to get the key. Hotel insited on payment at arrival, no flexibility to cancel the second night. Not the cleanest hotel and room.

Pænt, rent og behageligt. Morgenmad var fin med glimrende udvalg. Hotellet ligger centralt i Stade med anvisning af parkering 5 minutters gang fra hotellet.

Muy bien

El hotel muy agradable, aunque en my ruidoso si hay fiesta en la plaza. No hay ascensor por lo que es incómodo si llevas equipaje. No había recepción y tampoco nos habían comunicado la clave para poder entrar al hotel. Desayuno muy bueno.

Mangelhafte Kommunikation

Wir haben Anfang April eine Nacht im Hotel Am Fischmarkt verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Der Empfang war freundlich, jedoch kam es bereits beim Check-in zu etwas Verwirrung bezüglich der Bezahlung. Eine Mitreisende hatte kurzfristig abgesagt, und wir waren positiv überrascht, dass das entsprechende Zimmer zunächst nicht berechnet wurde. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass wir doch für das letzte Zimmer bezahlen müssten. Da wir am Morgen einen frühen Termin hatten, baten wir bei der Ankunft darum, das Frühstück eine halbe Stunde früher einnehmen zu dürfen. Man teilte uns mit, dass dies noch intern abgeklärt werden müsse und man uns entsprechend informieren würde. Leider erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Am nächsten Morgen versuchten wir dennoch, zur gewünschten Zeit im Frühstücksraum unser Glück zu versuchen, trafen dort jedoch lediglich auf einen weiteren Gast mit demselben Anliegen. Leider war niemand vom Personal vor Ort, sodass wir schließlich auswärts frühstücken mussten. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durch mangelhafte interne Kommunikation sowohl innerhalb des Teams als auch im Kontakt mit den Gästen geprägt. Dies hat das Gesamterlebnis leider negativ beeinflusst.
