The room was very nice and comfortable, paid for our parking, paid the pet fee. All good until I get up at 4:30 am to take a shower, no hot water. My husband goes to the FD had clerk go to another room to try the water and still no hot water. My husband was told it would be a couple hours before the person who handles that came in. In the end we had hot water 15 mins before leaving, which was good. Apparently they turn off the water heater at night? The clerk says it has happened around the 4am time before.

Excellent service at the reception- so helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and good choice of food. The room good as well. I will stay here again. The area quite boring, but it was close to my work office.

Pleasant experience

Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have any meals there, but it was all quite pleasant!

Wonderful facility. Beautiful rooms and great service from all customer agents working there. From housekeeping to front desk and kitchen. But be aware if you need parking you need to arrange prior to arrival. There is street parking but not always easy to find.

Perfectly situated for my office

Very nice hotel which is perfect situated considering my office is within walking distance. Lovely breakfast and restaurant- both highly recommended. The rooms are nice, but I had trouble to sleep this time as there was a constant noise from the washing machines during all night. The cleaning in the room could be better. It was quite superficial; my lenses on the night table were still there after 2 days. Furthermore I used the small body lotion but never got another one. The personnel is very nice and professional. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely Stay

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable and clean room. Above average all around! Stayed for one night to be close to airport for an early morning departure. Would highly recommend.

Das Hotel war für uns ideal gelegen, der Bereich Lobby und Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Speisenangebot vielfältig und lecker. Das Zimmer war recht klein und hat noch den Charme der 90er Jahre - war aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
