"The check-in experience was pleasant — the staff was welcoming and kindly arranged adjacent chalets for our group, which was a nice touch. The chalets have good services, everything you expect in a Airbnb. Unfortunately, the chalet had a very strong, pungent musty smell from the moment we walked in. I assumed it was just from being unoccupied for a while and decided to stay the night. That turned out to be a mistake — by the following evening I had developed a high fever and severely swollen tonsils, which I believe was a direct result of overnight exposure to mold or mildew in the space. I’d recommend management inspect for mold, improve ventilation, and ensure chalets are properly aired out between bookings. I’d love to return someday, but only once the indoor air quality issue is resolved. Future guests should be aware and perhaps request a unit inspection before settling in."

"Staff were courteous and friendly, especially Mijala & Mikala at the reception. The staff at the restaurant that served us our VIP drinks were also very friendly and attentive. We should have taken their names too; one was an Australian lady, and the other was a Filipino man. The beds were comfy and clean. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean too."
