We loved our weekend getaway at this cozy suite. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store was a huge plus. The best part was stargazing on the private patio:-) Thank you for a wonderful stay!
This place was perfect for me and my pup. He loved running around the fenced in yard and chilling on the deck with me. Unit is near the main road and provides easy access to the hikes and restaurants I wanted to visit. Unit is clean and provides everything you need for a short stay.
We loved being in a neighborhood and away from the crowds in Sedona. Perfect amount of space for two people. The deck allows for plenty of outdoor space perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Great location to access plenty of hiking trails and the Peace Park. We loved the double shower. Nice treat after a long day of hiking.
This was the perfect ensuite for my fiancé and me; quiet and secluded. The bathroom is gorgeous and so functional. I meant to take pictures of the shower and cabinets to replicate in my own home. The kitchenette setup is great. Multiple ways to make coffee. I made ours with the cutest little French press. A great stay for our first time to Sedona.
The Host has thought of almost everything in this space. I was quite comfortable here after hot days spent hiking. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror and a place to charge a regular USB device as I forgot a brick. She does have outlets she phone charging. I could have easily stayed here longer. The host's communication was excellent and super speedy when I had a question. There were people in the other attached rental and I did not hear them for the most part.
This was a cute little guest house located near everything we wanted to visit in sedona we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset. Very nice quiet community. Will definitely return
Host was delightful. The bed was very comfortable. For me, the property was rustic, and needs some TLC. The toilet would not stop running, (host will have a plumber arrive to fix it), there was no sink to wash dishes, other than the bathroom sink. Could only get slightly warm water out of the shower, not hot water. Poorly lit outside, not easy coming back late at night. When people rent next door you hear a lot of plumbing sounds, plus a shared deck with just a partition. For some people this might be a perfect arrangement.
Vrbo double booked our location and we had to find different accommodations at 10 pm with a dog in the car after 7 hours of driving

Problems
The property is nice, but the access to the room is difficult, uneven terrain and stairs. The key only worked after a lot wiggling and I was unable to lock the door when leaving. There is no view, but lovely tall trees. I had to leave early because of health problems due to the altitude of Sedona.
Communication with the owner was difficult, at the end non existant.
Host was unreachable.. waited for 2 hours past check in time to get a response from anyone.
Worst experience. The only positive thing about it was I was refunded my money less than 24 hours after my complaint. Driving 4 hours on a holiday weekend to sit outside of a property where the host can't be reached and you were not provided check in information 24 hours prior is absolutely ridiculous.

This was our 27th wedding anniversary getaway, and we stayed this in our reservation. We arrived to a room with no heat and a little portable heater that didn’t work. The host was non-responsive until midday our second day there, and only offered to ask the renters above us to consider turning the heat up?! We had to purchase a portable heater to heat the place, without remuneration or consideration of the inconvenience by the host. In addition two light bulbs immediately began flickering on our first night, I. The main source of light in the room, and there were no other bulbs to replace them. In addition we were told to stay away from the main house, due to this being a separate rental, therefore had to walk on a rock pathway that was had very uneven steps (stones) and no lighting in these areas leaving chance for tripping, or missteps leading to injury. Overall, it was a disappointment, mostly due to lack of timely and helpful responses from the host, for such a special time in our marriage.
This place was perfect for a couple. Very quiet location at the end of a road., you can walk to the trail head for Sugarloaf.
Would highly recommend.

Small Rustic Motel with a yard
The location was great. Close to 89 and half a mile from the The Sugarloaf trail. Nice quiet neighborhood. However, the Bedroom was small with ratty carpet. Strange layout with a huge upgraded bathroom, yet kitchen was basically in a closet with no sick. One of the bathroom sinks was supposedly to wash dishes but faucet was broke and leaked. Bed was somewhat comfortable, I like there were a firm and smoshie pillow. On top of the cleaning fee we had to pay $25 per dog per day, even though they don’t come clean every day. The rules say wipe you dogs paws and your feet, yet to get to the room, you have to walk on a dirt path., which made it very difficult to try and clean dogs paws esp since it rained. I would also suggest the host maybe contact customers maybe a couple of days ahead with checkin instructions.
