"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. There was loud music late into the early morning hours from neighboring hotels. And, perhaps the most offsetting aspect for me was...

The rooms are a little smaller than they appear on the photos but spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. The atmosphere and cocktails were great, & breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. "Amazing location overlooking Coral Beach which is a nice quieter end of Mirissa beach enjoyed by locals. The room was very clean but the air con dripped a lot creating pools of water on the floor and the bathroom was incredible hot and humid as it has a vent to the outdoors and a heavy door so the aircon can’t flow in. Really lovely staff and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. "

"Really friendly guest house! Everything you need for a budget holiday. We had a great time there , AC and fan in the sleeping room and great breakfast. 2 or 3 minutes walking to Mirissa beach . Nice cooking lesson and lots of smiles everyday. "
