"Very nice couple who run the hotel. It was very cozy and quiet. "

"I loved my stay here. Clean comfortable room, the bed was great and plenty of hot water The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk in one direction and the main road with everything you could ever want for food is a quick 3 minute walk in the other direction The best part about this hotel is the owner Sajeewani, she is the most kind and sincere person ever. She honestly welcomes you as if you're part of her family. The included breakfast is amazing and you're guaranteed...

"good location, good food, staff very helpful"

"Nice pool, great location for surfing and clean room with a good fit-out."

"Please avoid this property at any expense, not clean, leaking taps, not working internet. Even mobile"

"Clean room and friendly people "

"Nice location. Seems like they still have growing pains mostly in the restaurant area.. "

"Everything was perfect, genuinely nothing to fault with this resort. Staff were so nice and friendly, the facilities were 10/10 and the food was amazing at their restaurant. The pool setup was very relaxing, overlooking a nice mangrove river with lots of wildlife. The rooms were also massive, clean and modern and I had a great 3 night stay here, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again when visiting Sri Lanka."

"Great location and facility just a few renovations needed in some places but worked perfect for us"

"The Moose is such a special place! The host Ashan is a wonderful man. I felt so welcomed and safe and taken care of my whole stay. Room was big, immaculately clean, hot shower. Owner was also always on hand for questions and helped out with taxis etc. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Was sad to leave. "
