「We were disappointed with Sandy Bliss. We booked a Superior Double with a King bed and Sea Views - our room was an obstructed/partial sea view, but mostly street view with significant street noise. (photo). The hotel is set behind another building, so few rooms will have unobstructed views as advertised. I requested to move to a sea view room but was told this was the room I booked, despite the clear discrepancy between listing and reality. They eventually offered a room with a better sea view...

「The room was spacious, spotless and comfy. The AC was a brand new unit - much appreciated at the height of hot season. The location is faultless for the beach, the breakfast was great but most of all the hosts were really really lovely people.」

「Clean room basic but everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Air con great, shower great location great. We stayed off season so no bar we had the place to ourselves, we are not needy travellers and enjoyed the quirky place made our stay memorable for the ideal location across the road from Mirissa Beach 」

「I loved my stay here. Clean comfortable room, the bed was great and plenty of hot water The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk in one direction and the main road with everything you could ever want for food is a quick 3 minute walk in the other direction The best part about this hotel is the owner Sajeewani, she is the most kind and sincere person ever. She honestly welcomes you as if you're part of her family. The included breakfast is amazing and you're guaranteed...
