「Fantastiskt rum och härlig balkong med kvällssol. Snygg interiör och färgval. Fin personal, bra frukost. Vi hade en fin vistelse och det är ett fint hotell men vi tyckte det saknades lite ”feeling”, hotellet kändes överlag mörkt och tyst trots att det bodde mycket människor där. Hade varit trevligt med lite musik på eftermiddagen/ kvällen som gav stället lite mer energi, tror det även hade lockat dit fler folk. 」

「This was actually our second stay at Lum as when our flights were delayed we wanted a little haven to relax and enjoy our extra time in the South. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and everything about the complex made it feel like a lovely place to stay. Fresh, spacious, clean rooms that surrounded a relaxing garden and a beautiful pool area. 「Nice clean rooms and attentive staff, pool was heated and the location was walkable into certain surf spots; sticks, and marshmallow. Only issues is that the bathroom was slightly broken, sink was loose and shower door dragged. The staff we not familiar with Expedia payments, but this is common for the island as most hotels don’t like the idea of not being paid cash. This was sorted eventually but remember to show your payment receipt on check in. 」
