Wir haben zwei Nächte im Royal Palace verbracht. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das köstliche, abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Frühstück – das beste, das wir während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts in Sri Lanka hatten. Die Lage ist strandnah und in der Nähe der Hauptstraße. Vom Balkon aus hat man Blick auf eine kleine Straße, die tagsüber recht belebt ist (vor allem durch die vielen Tuk-Tuks). Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet: ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Moskitonetz, ein Ventilator, eine Klimaanlage und eine zusätzliche Decke. Es gab ausreichend Platz für Gepäck, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber völlig ausreichte. USB-Ladeanschlüsse befinden sich direkt am Bett! Eine gut ausgestattete Küche steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über Warmwasser. Im Flur gibt es Sofas und Sessel. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
