"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. "Room was nice, staff was excellent, so friendly. The owner even stopped by to chat with us at breakfast. We ate dinner here also. The food was great. There were a lot of stairs up to the hotel, which we decided to take instead of the lift because we loved the exercise. It was like a Stairmaster to our rooms. We were within 5 minutes of a nice, clean beach. Easy walkability, eco-friendly, we'd stay here again and recommend it. "

"We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

"Staff/owners are lovely and so helpful. Parked our tuktuk at the bottom of the short path (2mins to the hotel from tuktuk) Wifi great. We upgraded during our stay as we was originally in a double room with no AC. It was far too small and hot. So we then paid to move upstairs. The room had AC and was bigger for our cases. Area is fine. Food and beach nerby. "
