"Beautiful hotel and beach. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some employees who were very nice: Sandra, Melissa, Ella and Margo. But Abigail from the Grazie Restaurant was totally excellent. Employees like her makes the great difference. The only issue we had was making reservation for the restaurants. The App does not work good, and it is very difficult to get reservation in person."

"Loved our stay in Hawksbill resort. The location is absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, the rooms were lovely and clean, the entertainment was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. "

"Small quiet resort. Staff was amazing and friendly. The staff created a personal experience by seeing the same staff members daily. Food was good and didn't have complaints. Room was clean and no issues. The resort needs to be more clear that they are more conscious of plastic waste. So you only get two water bottles in your room that you have to go to the main lobby to fill with filtered water if you're out. Mini fridge only had a bottle of champagne and was not stocked with beers or sodas. Not an issue on our stay as we brought refillable metal water bottles. They only have two kayaks and no paddle boards. So we did not utilize the kayaks out in the bay as most the time there was only a single kayak left for the two of us. So maybe next time. Overall for a quiet relaxing resort we look forward to coming back. "

"We booked 2 of Tamarind Studios each with a queen bed. The studios were huge with dining table, Kitchenette, a bathtub in bathroom and a jacuzzi outside (one had partial sea view)! The beach area (Ffryes beach) was very clean and had free use of kayaks and paddle boards for the guests. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast overlooking the sea and another for dinner. The housekeeping staff was very helpful in bringing anything we needed and the hotel manager is simply the best - making sure that every guest was cared for! When he learned that my son had cough/cold/flu, he asked his chef to make an Ayurvedic tonic with ginger, lemon, honey, turmeric) and had it delivered to him (while we were at the restaurant) which helped him a lot! We will definitely go back there."
