Very tranquil rustic getaway in the hillside above Nelson's Dockyard in English Harbor. Private cottage rooms interconnected by walkways in the canopy of trees and flowers. Stunning views, free breakfast and relaxed vibe. Etched into a hillside just above the main drag and yacht club. Owner Robert Potter is always there to guide guests and make helpful suggestions for restaurants or arrange taxis.

The owners were very helpful. The views are amazing close enough to walk down to town to many restaurants on the water. A great spot and a great value.

We had a fabulous stay at the Ocean Inn! Robert and Selwyn are friendly & helpful (and made the place feel like home for the few days we were able to stay.) The view looking over the harbor/bay is absolutely stunning! What an incredible way to start the day…a delicious breakfast and beautiful view! We also loved watching the brown pelicans and humming birds. There is a lovely pool and a bar available too. The a/c in our room was much appreciated as it was hot.

When you get to the property it’s a bit hard to find where to go but once you do everyone was very nice. The room was clean, would have liked a kettle and some cups/glasses in the room. The patio around the pool was showing its age but the pool itself was nice. Overall a nice place to stay and relax.

We spent 2 nights at the Ocean Inn. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed incl a fridge. Huge, comfy bed, and very clean throughout. Good water pressure in the shower, beautiful grounds. Robert and his staff were super helpful and kind. We would def come back.

We arrived to paradise to say the least. From the surprise room upgrade with views of the harbor just as listed to the tranquil atmosphere for our holiday weekend. Conveniently located to must see landmarks and proximity to stunning beaches. If relaxation is your goal then The Ocean Inn is a must. Robert and his staff are always readily available to make your stay incredibly pleasant, you need just ask. Felt safe at all times so if traveling solo this is a must. Breakfast was served promptly at 7am and with the view you’ll want to sip coffee for hours. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and refrigerator so we were thrilled to cook our dinner. Everything worked properly and shower had just the right amount of hot water. Not a luxury resort but absolutely Zero complaints or disappointment. Thank you to Robert, Mr Selwyn “Legend” and Jenny for a memorable stay and we look forward to bringing our friends and family next time. This is a true gem!

Great little gem tucked away in the hill, simple, clean and straight forward. A nice change from the larger hotels with a personal feel.An ideal base to explore surrounding area. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Incredible view overlooking English Harbor. The owners and staff are all super friendly and helpful, it feels like you're staying with friends. The breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay was an amazing way to start the day. Plus you're very close to beautiful beaches, historical sights, and restaurants. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience at this hotel. My room had a wonderful view of the harbor and staff were very friendly. Great continental breakfast in the cafe overlooking the pool and harbor. Clean room and bed. Great AC.

Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous.

Had a lovely stay at the Ocean Inn. Had a beautiful view of Admiral’s Harbour and a cool breeze blowing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing location - the views are stunning and it is very peaceful. 5 minute walk into town, but if you struggle with walking up hills, this isn't the place for you - but if you can manage it, the reward is the views. The staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming.

Great location with a super.view over the harbour. Hotel is rustic, as most are on the island, so don't expect a Radisson. Staff and nice and honesy bar is a nice touch. Good breakfast as well.
