All front desk employees had great customer service, especially the pale skin employee that I forgot the name. She made me feel super nice and appreciated.

I have stayed at the Ayres Orange multiple times over the past few years and will keep coming back! First and foremost, the hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location right off the freeway. It is also far enough away from Disney that the area feels less chaotic and congested, but is still just a short ride away from the parks. The hotel is great for those wanting a more relaxed, child-adjacent Disney experience.

Got a room last minute, Good value for the price paid, king room was spacious.
The front desk was friendly and helpful with my needs. Free Coffe or tea in front desk lobby. There are plenty of food options and a bar in walking distance. Free parking. Just make sure to pare where no car is reversing towards your vehicle. Park right in front of lobby. Would stay here again if in area.

I would have liked for the hot tub to be used until midnight, since I wanted to use it after my day at Disney, this is my only complaint. I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn. The complimentary breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and will tell everyone about it.

Do not judge a book by its cover, or in this case the hotel by the outside. Yes it looks less then ideal on the outside, but the rooms are CLEAN, everything WORKS in the room, including the AC, and the beds are SUPER COMFY.
More importantly we felt safe in the hotel and within the area, there is gas station just across the street, and best of all there is a In-n-Out practically in the parking lot.
Only gripe we had is the showers are funny, but certainly not a deal breaker, and that could have...

Cute towel elephant on the bed when we arrived! Great view of fireworks! Very reasonable walk to Disney parks! Good free breakfast and lot of options for restaurants in lobby with no fee for room service. Very quiet -- never heard any neighbors, though plenty of people were there at breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at the Alamo for many years now. I love the convenience of walking to Disneyland, parking my car is included with my stay. This hotel is clean and I always feel safe. It's quiet with comfy beds. Great water pressure for showering or bathing. The refrigerator and microwave make bringing my own food convenient. Amazing staff who are super helpful.

Came to disneyland for the first time and picked this place to stay. I was able to park my car in their parking lot at 8 am then went to disneyland. I returned at 3 pm and checked in early. The room was great, clean, water pressure was awesome. The location is also great. Only a mile away from disneyland and across the street from am/pm. Our uber was $9 from the hotel to disneyland. The only con for me was the walls are thin. You can hear people in the hallways talking, laughing, running. But...
