The girl who checked us in was very helpful and friendly! Hotel is dated and is showing some wear and tear, but the room was clean and comfortable. Quick 2 night stay for a Disneyland trip. The guy at the front desk was very nice and funny! I told him I wanted to be next to our family and he was like oh someone called yesterday and requested different floors.. then he joked about a few other things He was awesome I wish I remembered his name.. I want to say it was Tim but could be wrong He made check-in very fun The rooms were nice and clean Only thing I can say is the showers need a little help My kids room the shower head barely sprayed because it had a ton of build up and the other room if you stepped wrong in the shower felt like you were going to fall through the floor I liked that we could walk from the hotel 5 min and be at the Toy Story parking shuttle
