"We love the neighborhood and convenience to Rosemary and Seaside and the house was nice. The bikes provided were in terrible condition, which I reported on the first day. They stated it would take two days for a service call and someone came out to fix the bikes, but the bikes were rusted and chains stretched, so they aren’t able to be repaired. We eventually rented bikes from Peddlers, which were great, but several kids had to go without until we decided to stop waiting for Beachwalk to address the issue. The people who answered the phone were dismissive and didn’t seem interested in providing customer service. Do NOT rely on the bikes being available, as advertised. It isn’t worth the hassle."

"Great location! Close to everything and walkway to beach just steps from back door! Very easy to check in! Only issue was, it could have been cleaner! There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the furniture covers were pretty stained up! The bed is quite uncomfortable also, (caves in to the middle). It’s a great place and would definitely come back if it had a good cleaning and new bed!"

"Perfect location on 30A! Family with 3 teens and plenty of room! We are used to buying supplies for a condo and this one had everything from extra blankets, boogie board, shovels & pails, reading books, laundry detergent, coffee & much more! The condo is right on the beach, only 8 units in each building making the elevator very fast! Walk right out to private beach with complimentary beach setup & we were able to add more chair setups for reasonable price. 2 bathrooms are updated with beautiful walkin showers. Entire condo decorated very well & comfy furniture. The only con we had about the condo is the dryer seemed to be on its last leg. We had to dry loads 3 cycles at times to get dry. But that did not take away from the 5 stars I gave! We will be back for sure!"
