「There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!」

「It was ok. Was in the area for Cooperstown (last minute booking), not ideal for the location, but doable in a pinch. There were maintenance workers that constantly hung out outside that was a bit unsettling.」

「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「Beautifully restored Inn. However, it’s run without people. I arrived, after being misled by my mapping software, and fortunately the owner was in the bar and helped me very graciously to my room. Without him, I would not have known what to do without a lot of email review. I am old, not a techie and that would have added to my exasperation of being misled by the map app. My room was very well kept. The door was the wrong size or something as it let a lot of light in from the hallway. This...

「The room was clean. Breakfast was not stellar. The air conditioning was top-notch. The grout around the tiles on the bathroom flor was cracked and loose. The hotel was quiet st night. Parking was convenient. All around a decent stay.」

「The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but parking is a pain. They need to paint lines. The instructions they give are to "park diagonally" but without lines in the tight parking area, people park like idiots and if you are last in, you'll have to park elsewhere. Both nights I stayed, I couldn't park in front of my unit because people park all over the place or even across 2-3 units. Everything else was fine.」

「There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .」

「I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.」
