Lacking expected service.

I arrived at 430 pm, i was greeted very nice and shown to my room. Until my departure the room was not serviced,no supplies replaced. For example i feel that the used towels and face cloth should have been replaced. The bed was not made, there was plenty of time during day time the staff could have attended to servicing the room.

The only good part was the shower. There were hairs on my sheets when I arrived, carpet is old and in need of replacing. Desperately in need of a fresh coat or three if paint. May as well not offer a continental breakfast for what was available plus the two tables were sitting in lobby beside the front door. Also make sure to see if fridge works and not on plug that only works when the main room light is on

Night check-in staff was great, unfortunately the place was horrible. Place looks like a spot for quickies and prostitution. Walls are so thin, we were disturbed by the noise of overnight “amusement”. Bed was not comfortable, back Dior was hard to lock and place was not very clean.

They were having problems with their air conditioning, so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable considering the high temperatures and humidity outside. Did not sleep well because of this. It was quiet and the bed was clean and comfortable.

If you're reading hotel reviews online the westgate is probably not for you. Was thankful to see it had wifi but it worked very sporadically.

Overall room cleanliness but the building is old and the upkeep was poor. The staff were very accommodating.

The only thing I liked was the building itself, it looks nice and neat. On the inside in the room I had the bed was gross, the bathroom looked dirty, and some places were very dusty. The cleaners sometimes didn’t knock before entering and they don’t clean they just fix items to look nice.
