We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and perfectly equipped with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, which made everything incredibly convenient.
